By placing an order with Holycome you agree to the terms below. Please read them before purchasing.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. Custom orders begin production only after you approve the final design, and that approval is binding.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude import duties and taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us; if one occurs we will contact you before charging anything.

Product Descriptions

We describe stones and metals as accurately as we can, including carat weight, colour grade, clarity grade and metal purity. Gemstones are natural or lab-grown products and minor variation between pieces is normal. Photographs are representative; monitor calibration can make colours appear slightly different in person.

Certification

Moissanite ships with a GRA report and lab grown diamonds with IGI certification where stated. Certificates describe the stone, not the setting. Keep your certificate: it is required for warranty and resale.

Returns And Warranty

Returns and warranty service are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Customized and engraved pieces are non-returnable. The lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects, not accidental damage, loss or theft.

Intellectual Property

All site content — text, photographs, designs and logos — belongs to Holycome or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. Custom designs we create remain our intellectual property unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or loss of a stone after delivery due to accident or theft.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if that fails, they fall to the competent court at our place of business.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
